The Financial Planning Association™ of Rhode Island, a chapter of the Financial Planning Association™, is a professional organization focused on professional development financial planning professionals and the education of the public in financial matters.

    FPA members may sign up for the FPA Planner Search. Consumers who contact the FPA looking to retain a CFP® licensee are provided with the names of referred participants in their geographical area. Contact the FPA Planner Search at 800-282-PLAN or visit PlannerSearch.

    A series of topical, consumer-oriented articles designed to be used in your newsletter or press releases. These articles will help you to build recognition of your name and practice.

  • Member Catagories

  • Financial Planner Division — $345 (includes local chapter membership fee of $50) I am a CFP® licensee or I hold myself out to the public as a financial planner.

  • Financial Planner Division/Full Time Student— $145 (includes local chapter membership) I am a student enrolled full time in a CFP Board accredited program.
